Tried 3 times over a 6 week period to reserve a van for 19 May and each time was told by the salesperson they would leave a message for the manager. There was never a return call. I tried again today and again was asked for contact information so manager could call me back. Because of repeated fails, I called the main Enterprise office and asked for assistance. They in turn called the office and spoke with manager who said no vehicle was available due to the Kentucky Derby. I guess the Kentucky Derby website is incorrect as it listed May 6 for the derby date. I am a frequent Enterprise customer and have never experienced service this poor. Maybe next time I'll go to Hertz or Avis?

The office initially refused to pick me up on my Saturday rental reservation regardless it was scheduled almost three weeks ago (saying they do not do pick up on weekends sometimes). After a round of conversation, finally get them to pick me up but had to wait. My travel schedule has been delayed about 2 hours because of it. Initially I did not care the incident as long as I got my vehicle, but the worst part came that evening. Since I left late, I have arrived late in my hotel way over the midnight, and since exhausted, bumped into another parked vehicle when do the back parking. I think if I left early, I won't have the incident. (Did not pay anything for the damage, since the damage waiver was purchased.) Like what they say, some offices do not do pick up on some weekends, you need to think twice about the weekend rental and confirm before the travel date.

Got to the office the paperwork then of course wasn't good enough call the enterprise customer service and hear different then what the very unhelpful guy inside was telling me! Very upset because here it is Saturday and was supposed to have already been to NC now it looks like I can't even go on this very necessary trip because of waiting till the end of business day to pick up a reservation that shouldn't have been an issue!!

Good service, I was late and let them know beforehand... car will still not ready upon my arrival. Was kind of confused when I dropped off the car... they were closed. Didn't know that they would be. Car was in great condition and ran great. Overall good experience and would rent again.

I'm a full time student and have decided against owning a car while in school so I rent from the Pikeville Enterprise Rent A Car anytime I want to leave town. In the three years I've been doing this I've never had a bad experience with them. They are great people to work with !
