I am always told first come, first serve when I call there. Took my uplander in to have the tie rods worked on. Left it overnight so it could be done the next morning. When I went to pick it up Friday at nearly 5pm it still wasn't done. My wife called around noon and it hadn't even been put on the rack yet. I received a call at 2:45 (I'm sure this is close to the time it was looked at) explaining what was wrong with the van. When I got there at nearly 5 on a Friday they explained that another inner rod needed to be changed. Closing time is at 5. Lady there told me that they had leftovers from yesterday. Van had to stay over the weekend to get it finished. Called at 9:55am Monday morning and was put on hold so they could check the progress. Stayed on hold until 10:15 when I hung up and called back. At other times, my wife has sat there several hours watching other customers walk in to have something "minor" worked on and they were taken before her. Very cheap to get tires here and friendly people, but very poor customer service when it comes to doing what they are suppose to. From now on I will pay the extra money for tires for the good customer service. I'm sure good reviews come from those people who know them personally and get pushed ahead of others.

I was also told it was first come first serve, took my car at 8am and by 2:30pm they hadn't even looked at it. This is also the 3rd time the same part needed to be replaced by them in 1 year. The quality of work is terrible, it takes days for a simple job to be completed and the staff is rude.
Do not take your car to them! I brought in an older vehicle which was idling rough. After 3 days I was told that it had been gone thru completely and it probably has pistons rod caps loose requiring a major rebuild. I had another mechanic look at it and discovered it only needed a new head gasket.
