They do not answer their phone or emails when you have questions about items for sale on their web page.......terrible customer service!!!
The uhaul equipment and price were good but the guy that runs the place is the biggest d head I have ever encountered!! I unfortunately had to use this location twice and thought maybe the first time he was maybe having a bad day. He was very rude the first visit to my mother.He tried to scare her into getting the 8 dollar insurance and then acted offended for the rest of the visit! Then the second time we went and rented a pull behind trailer.When i walked in and asked if the pricing was different for the different sized trailers he gave us a dirty look and then proceeded to talk to us like we were idiots for not knowing that the prices changed for different length trailers.If we knew we wouldnt have asked.I recommend going anywhere else if u want to be treated with any kind of respect or dignity and not be talked down to.It was like we offended him with our presence. I thought ppl with a business actually liked money !!!!
