The people who work on the floor are very rude and will not go out of their way to help you without rolling their eyes. That was it for me. I didn’t go any further. Just walked out and went somewhere else.
Went in Pikeville Lowes yesterday to buy a beach mat and they were out so agreed to sale me thr onr on display and discount it. The man said the holes would not show ans wrote my name on a piece of paper and stuck it on thr rug and said i could come back anytime today and pick it up. Well i just called again and its 4:43pm and no one had removed it. They asked who i had talkrd to prior to today because i was misinformed than checked to see if they could grt wnymore and said thats all they would be getting in. Its on clearance for 14.98 in store and online its 19.98 + tax and shipping would be 27.43 . I was told it would be reasy for me anytime today and that the holes wouldnt be visible qnd i would receive a discount for the holes and noe they are only saying thry can do 10%. Very upset because i was assurred yesterday that everything would br taken care of today and now my daughters birthday party is this week and i wton have my mat/rug for the beach themed party!
When my relative drives all the way into Pikeville to pick it up, they tell them they have no order for the confirmation number she provided (which was the correct one). After me speaking to the Lowes rep, they realize some brillaint staff worker (no doubt the best asset to this location) put my order form on an ALUMINIUM door. So lets see, someone there doesn't know the difference between a CAN and a DOOR. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy doesn't it?
Poor check out time. One register open when 14 available. I suggest adding self check out option like you have in Estero Fl.
If you order online expect to call this location and deal with someones inability to read an order form to pull the correct merchandise.... because it will happen EVERY TIME you order online
I live out of state and order items for relatives to pick up at this location now and then and I guarantee you everyime they F it up and my family has to call me to call Lowes and sort it out. Example: Yesterday I ordered two 5 gallon cans of roof sealant which has aluminium in it.
