Wanted to give a better review. I love Taco Bell and I have for years. Back in the day, this location was amazing. Now - not so much. The new restaurant is clean and nice. The staff, however, is terrible. Management doesn't seem to care about anything. Neither does corporate. Food is never as ordered. Constantly out of items on the menu. It needs some work.

Since the old store burnt down this is a brand new store with new management. They food is well prepared and the staff are really nice and professional. I love eating at this taco bell.
Absolutely terrible. Staff pays no attention to customer or order. My order has been incorrect the LAST 3 TIMES. Never a good experience and would rather drive 30 minutes to the next closest location to receive even decent service. Save your money and time by not eating at the Pikeville Taco Bell...
Food is good . always have a long wait in line.
