This company will charge you a 20 late fee for a 44 dollar unit!!! After 5 days it increases more but I paid the 20 and got a 10 dollar refund so I'm not sure how much it continues to go up!! I have had the unit for almost 2 years and their fee went from 5 dollars to 20

We've used this facility for close to two years..yes there's a late fee but that gives you incentive to pay your bill before its due..plus they send reminders out by mail....clean lot.
I have to say that Storage Rentals of America has the friendliest and most knowledgeable customer service people that I have spoken with in quite a while. They helped me decide which size unit would be the best for my storage needs. The facility was easy to find and the driveway were really wide. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. I would recommends Storage Rentals of America to anyone, and I would definitely rent from them again.
