I tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size. The lady tried to charge me $23 for a pari of shoes that was only supposed to coast $5 on sale ( which i was charged full price for $15). I lost my Receipt so i had no proof. The lady called me a liar that there was no way i was charged full price which i was! She wouldn't even swap out a pair of size 8 for a 9. I dont undersatnad why she couldn't exchange them. But i will not be back because I don't like being called a liar, she was completely rude to me never said sorry that she couldn't swap them or anything. But like i said I'll not be back i do a lot of business at the pikeville store with lawawys a few times a year and many buys through the year , not anymore!
