The grooming here is great! Vicky did such a good job. My dog's coat has never been so soft and shiny! Will definitely be back soon
I've never had anything bad to say about customer service at this particular store until I met the manager. He was rushed in helping me get crickets and tried to sell about 40 off as 75. I understand stores like this can get busy, but that's no reason to compromise the quality of service you provide. Hopefully he was just having a rough day, if not, this company needs to find someone more qualified to oversee their store.
