The salesmen and owner were very helpful in helping us determine which camper was best for our lifestyle. They were not pushy and very committed to family style living. We look be our camper and feel confident that we got a good deal.
They just don't want the business because there as rude as it gets.
They can't wait to sell you a camper but afterwards they treat you like garbage. So I'm leaving and I won't come back. I drove 30 minutes to come here and wasted my time. I like to do business where I buy my camper.
I have purchased 3 campers from Pikeville RV. Everyone has been very helpful. You don't buy this many campers without excellent service. Any problems were taken care of immediately. I recommend them to all my friends.
I'm actually writing this review as I await for the parts guy to show back up. This company has no parts persons on Saturdays. Surely customers will come here to buy parts on Saturday. If they don't won't to sale parts on Saturday they need to just close that section down like a car dealership. I waited 30 minutes for them to find someone to help me. After he fount the parts, he left with another customer and hasn't returned and I'm still standing at the parts counter awaiting to pay for the parts. As of now, I've been here for over 50 minutes. There are salesman everywhere but no help. This business is a disorganized mess.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! We've dealt with them on a couple of occasions and only went back a second time to give them a chance to redeem the horrible customer service we received the first time. They are awful! We purchased a new 19ft camper from them and they were so slow at getting us financed and returning our calls. It's like they don't care if they make money or not and they definitely do not give a paying customer the appreciation that is deserved. Over the weekend we went there to order a taillight for our camper that we just purchased because on the first trip out it flew off and busted. Rather than complain about what happened we just wanted to purchase another taillight form them but they were not helpful at all. First off they told us that they didn't have what we needed then when my husband got them to order us one they said that it wouldn't be the same black casing as the one that we have on the camper now. My husband agreed to purchase and they were supposed to order it and have it in on Monday. I waited until today Tuesday to call to see if the part was in, they couldn't even tell me for sure. After being on hold for 10min, hanging up and then calling back a man said that they had not unloaded the truck. Was not helpful at all. So I got on Amazon and ordered exactly what I needed that matched the one that broke for only $10.59 after tax and free shipping. I'll not be dealing with this company EVER AGAIN! Save yourself the frustration and just go somewhere else.
