Went down on the 4th of this Month to look at a vehicle. Drove the vehicle inspected the vehicle and it was fine so I placed a deposit on the suv. The dealership had to fix the power windows so I planned to return on Monday to pick it up. As of 3pm Monday the 5th I had not heard from the dealership so I called and was advised it was ready. So I decided to pick it up on the 6th. When I went to pick it up I pulled out and noticed a really bad hesitation when applying throttle and at a speed range of 50 to 60. I went back to the dealership and the used car manager drove the vehicle. He stated that he knew it was a coil pack because it had gotten wet when they detailed it !!
I have now filed a BBB complaint .
It was suppose to be a 30 minutes fix but we ended up leaving the suv at the dealership to be fixed since we had no choice and the dealer refused a refund. We waited and waited the next day to go get the vehicle and noticed the dealer started trying to avoid our communications . Finally the dealer delivered the vehicle to a half way point. I drove it home and noticed a very small hesitation again the next day while going up a hill the vehicle lost power spit and shuddered throwing an multiple engine codes . The issue is now 10 times worse than before the dealer said they repaired it.
Good location
At first the GM said there was nothing he could do since the deal was done. I told them to return my money which they refused to do . I continued to explain that this issue occurred while still in the dealers possession. They finally agreed to fix the Navigator.
We were told that all the coil packs were replaced but they were not the dealer only replaced 2 of the 8 which caused a temporary band aid fix to the issue .
I have emailed called text and tried to get the dealer to fix this suv or give me a refund they avoid my communications.
Teddy This is about Bruce Walters Mazda, Went in on July 1, 2011 and found the car I wanted, paid my down payment, signed all the contracts. As of today July 15, 2011 the funding has not went through nor can I reach anyone so I can get my money back. I took the contract to the State of Ky, they said where the Finance Manger did not sign the contract it is not legal. Said that is the way they get to keep your money and make you think you got Financing, said if they can not get financing, they can keep my down payment which was a 2000 For Excort ZX2 and make me bring back the 2010 Chevy Cobalt. They are a bunch of rip offs...Go some where else...
I advise anyone looking for a good vehicle to purchase from anywhere but this place.
